Before picking up your vehicle, please make sure that you have all the necessary documents ready:
a) Personally valid driving license (an official translation is mandatory for driving licenses without a Latin alphabet)
b) A valid and sufficient credit card of the person
c) Personal passport, a valid identification document
Our vehicle deliverers check the vehicle before it is handed over to you and issue you with a vehicle handover slip. Before signing the form, check the vehicle carefully and if you encounter any situation that is not specified on the form, inform our delivery officer. Damages not specified in the signed form will be deemed to have occurred during the rental period and will be your responsibility.
The vehicle you have rented will be handed over to you with a full tank. If you do not bring the fuel at the level you received, the service fee will be reflected on your invoice in addition to the fuel fee.
