You can extend your rental period 48 hours before the end of the rental period by calling our call center or visiting our offices. The renewal price is calculated from our current price list.
Our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned inside and out after each rental. Regardless, smoking is not permitted in our vehicles and we ask that you abide by these rules to keep our vehicles spotlessly clean and the interior smelling nice.
If there is a technical problem with the vehicle you rented, please contact our call center. Apart from this, you can contact our office and change the vehicle if there is suitability for the vehicle group you rented.
In order for the assurances to be valid, the vehicle must not be used contrary to the conditions specified in the rental agreement (the vehicle must not be driven under the influence of alcohol, drugs, outside the speed limit, a driver who is not on the rental agreement must not drive, etc.). In case of accident and theft, the rental offices or call center phones must be notified immediately.
